At the International Conference on Information Systems (WI 2023) in Paderborn on September 21, three teams of authors presented their work in the conference track "Innovative Prototypes & Impact of IS". The track, organized by Rainer Alt, Susanne Leist (University of Regensburg) and Stefan Morana (University of Saarbrücken), addressed the prototypical implementation of innovative digital solutions and, with the support of Rico Hänel (Managing Director be-terna GmbH), was able to award the three teams with a Prototype Innovation Award. These were:

- Jonathan Lautenschlager (Fraunhofer FIT, Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences), Jan Stramm (Fraunhofer FIT, Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences), Tobias Guggenberger (Fraunhofer FIT), Artur Rösch (Trusteq GmbH), Andrè Schweizer (Trusteq GmbH) with their paper on "Overcoming the Data Transparency Trade-Off: Designing a Blockchain-Based Delivery Invoice System for the Construction Industry", und
- Kilian Züllig (Ulm University), Stefan Napirata (Ulm University), Steffen Zimmermann (Ulm University) with their paper on "Context-Aware Marketing Attribution Based on Survival Analysis".
