Abstract
Christian Bender is a research associate at the Chair of Public Finance. He does research on federal and fiscal policy aspects. On the one hand, topics of federal-state fiscal relations and on the other hand, themes of debt-limiting regulations are examined more closely. In the context of his dissertation, Mr. Bender also deals with issues of European fiscal policy in general and the Stability and Growth Pact in particular.
