The Online Marketing Challenge (OMC) is a unique opportunity for international professionals—graduates and students—to gain practical experience in the real business world by designing and executing digital marketing campaigns for Saxonian companies from various industries using a budget of 500 euros.

Since 2017, this initiative has been organized by the by the SEPT Competence Center and the Internationalisierungsoffensive Sachsen (IOSax) in alliance with the Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz.

Its objective is to merge the academic world and the business world by setting up a safe atmosphere where students and firms can work together to develop an online marketing campaign and gain practical experience in a dynamic and competitive environment.

Students will benefit by receiving training on online marketing using Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok. Moreover, they will get practical business insights and develop their local professional networks. For this edition of 2024, the team with the best online campaign will be rewarded with a prize of 300 Euros.

The OMC 2024 is open to ALL international professionals living in Germany, that have a BA degree OR are students pursuing a Master's or MBA at any university or higher education institution in Germany. 
 

If you completed a BA degree abroad but you are residing Germany, you are very welcome to join the OMC!
