This time, we celebrated our kick-off event as part of the Außenwirtschaftstag Sachsen 2024 "Global vernetzt & digital erfolgreich" at Sächsische Aufbaubank (SAB). The OMC was presented as a successful initiative for internationalization support thanks to the collaboration between the SEPT Competence Center - Leipzig University, the IOSax - Internationalisierungsoffensive Sachsen and the Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz (FH).

The OMC offers an exceptional opportunity for predominantly international students to put their marketing expertise to the test and compete among peers. Over the next three months, participants will embark on a journey to design and execute international online marketing campaigns for 8 startups and SMEs from Saxony:

Anfibio Packrafting Store, Schellin & Kreinacker GbR Sven Schellin, MealGood - das Ende von Verpackungsmüll, Laura-Marie Schulte, Insel der Sinne, Marlies Heinrich, Bisch-Chandaroff Werkstätten GmbH, Ina Lichtenstein, Invia Flights Germany GmbH, Keila Alabarca, SURAG Medical GmbH, Moritz Spiller, Deutsches Zentrum für Astrophysik, Stephan Witschas, TicToys - die neue Spielzeugkultur Matthias Meister.

We are eager to witness the creativity and fresh ideas that the eight teams will bring with their campaigns to unlock new international markets and global visibility for these companies.

Save the date for July 10th, when all teams will showcase their results, and a winner will be selected at the grand finale in Dresden.
