Around 145 alumni, academic staff and other members joined this special moment to greet Prof. Dr. Utz Dornberger (Program Director), Dr. Mai Anh Nguyen Thi (Academic Coordinator Hanoi), Dr. Pablo Barriga (Academic Coordinator Leipzig) and former classmates in a special event where important milestones of the program’s history were shared and rememorated.
Prof. Dornberger highlighted the importance of the SEPT MBA program at HUST in developing the young experts for the promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. Additionally, a larger number of Start-up companies were created by the MBA Alumni fostering the economic development of Vietnam.
The collaboration between both institutions started in 2005, since then 17 intakes have joined the MBA program which combines modules given in Hanoi and in Leipzig. More than 350 students have graduated the program since then in Vietnam.
