In addition to the project team, participants from the respective partner institutions also took part in selected workshops and shared their knowledge on E-Coaching in Higher Education Institutions. Best practices in coaching were combined with suitable digital tools and actively tested and tried by the participants.
The hybrid setting allowed us to test the methods both in the face to face setting as well as online. Thus, all participants deepened their awareness of the challenges of the different formats. The training was an important step towards developing the self-study course on e-coaching for academic teachers.
