Furthermore, for the public day on November 11, 2022, a keynote presentation from ideas to product: the role of scholars in creating innovators, doers and entrepreneurs of tomorrow by Mr. Gonzalves Nshimiyimana (PhD) aimed not only at the IDEA Summer School participants but also at other academics, students and the interested audience.
Following the keynote, the audience had the opportunity to see the IDEA Summer School participants' selected project presentations from the first two days and give them constructive feedback, which motivated them to continue shaping their projects.
Finally, we hope to hear success stories from summer school participants, as this opportunity gave them the chance to build an extended network and make the most of it. As a farewell, the attendees and the IDEAS team shared their most touching messages saying that they have evolved their ideas and some participants said that "they don't feel that they are the same as in their first workshop" and we ended our virtual conference with this quote: "If you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together".

This time we are back with our virtual conference from November 9th to 11th, 2022. During the conference, IDEA Summer School participants had the opportunity to share their experiences and practice their public speaking skills in a virtual safe space while presenting their projects (virtual tourism, sustainable animal food, bio energy and process optimisation in the agriculture sector...) as outcomes of the previous parts of IDEAS.
