The SEPT Competence Center at Leipzig University hosted the iN4iN Conference 2023 with a focus on digital innovation in the HEI teaching sector.

Around 70 participants on site plus around 100 participants online made the iN4iN conference 2023 a big success. On the first day various speakers presented their projects and research outcomes. Involved were teachers, researchers and scientific staff from Leipzig University (Anne Bastian, Laura Köbis, Sandy Adam, Matthias Grahl, Bismark Yeboah), HTWK Leipzig (Lutz Maicher) as well as members of the Erasmus+ MELES-Bot and E-Coach projects like Jolanta Koszelew, Piotr Wołejsza and Maciej Kopczyński from Science4People, Poland (S4P), Juha Tuominen and Vesa Vuorinen from Tampere University of Applied Sciences, Finland (TAMK), Veneta Hristova and Ivan Stoyanov from Svetoslav Kosev University of Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria (VTU), Nina Szczygiel, Mariana Pita and Tatiana Tchemisova from University of Aveiro, Portugal (UAVR), Bogusz Wisnicki and Roma Strulak-Wojcikiewicz from Maritime University of Szczecin, Poland (MUS).

On the second day workshops by Anne Bastian + Sandy Adam (Hands-on e-coaching at HEI), Laura Köbis (Learning through chatbots), Jolanta Koszelew + Maciej Kopczyński + Christian Hauke (Tool based academic business coaching process) and Katarina Ristic (Flipped classroom approach) provided the opportunity to exchange and elaborate on the respective topics.
