As part of the German-Georgian cooperation in vocational education and training (VoCasian - Vocational education and capacity building in the Caucasian country Georgia) for the establishment of graduate schools as well as for the development and implementation of a PhD program, Prof. Dr. Roland Happ, his colleagues Luisa Fernanda Manrique Molina and Sebastian Heidel take over teaching positions for Georgian PhD students. The teaching positions are funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research within the funding line for the internationalization of vocational education. In addition to offering the courses, the Institute of Business and Economics Education developed the curricula and conducts an assessment at the end of the courses to evaluate the teaching. As part of the courses Luisa Fernanda Manrique Molina and Sebastian Heidel visited Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Tbilisi on 27.05.2022 and 28.05.2022 for face-to-face seminars.
Through this cooperation, the Institute of Business and Economics Education can further strengthen its research focus on international-comparative (vocational) education research.
