In this short-term training, organized by the International SEPT Competence Center with Bialystok University of Technology (Poland), Tampere University of Applied Sciences (Finland), and Technical University of Crete, participants dive deep into the coaching field by taking on different roles - both that of the coach and the coachee.

The practical application of various e-coaching methods enables participants to experience and evaluate those methods and to transfer them to their own teaching and course design. The training will be held in Leipzig from 8th to 12th November as an in-house seminar with hybrid/online parts.
