Issue 26/3 of EM available

The latest Electronic Markets issue is now available: Volume 26, Issue 3, August 2016. This issue includes a collection of six articles, a preface and the editorial.

Four articles as well as the freely available preface address this issue's special theme “Dynamics of customer interaction on social media platforms”, while the other two are general research contributions. Two articles are available as an open access paper: the special theme article “Consequences of customer engagement behavior: when negative Facebook posts have positive effects” by Sofie Bitter and Sonja Grabner-Kräuter, and the general research article “Social commerce – state-of-the-art and future research directions” by Catherine Baethge, Julia Klier and Mathias Klier.

The issue also includes the freely available editorial „Electronic Markets on customer-orientation” by Rainer Alt.
