Registration

Basic information

Please use our conference administration system ConfTool to register for the conference and the conference dinner. 

Registration period starts on:    February 2nd, 2015
Registration period ends on:     September 11th, 2015

Terms and conditions

  • The registration for the conference is binding. Note that creating a new user account in the ConfTool system does not imply an automatic registration for the conference. Conference registration is a separate step after your account has been created.
  • The financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective, even in case of cancellation.
  • The participation fees are owed upon registration and have to be paid within 10 banking days following the submission of the registration.
  • Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fees are received and will be cancelled if the fees are not received by the organizer within 15 banking days.
  • Participants from European countries must choose the SEPA credit transfer for payments.
  • As we do not incur any transaction fees for money transfers from abroad, please make sure that the full amount due is transfered. To avoid problems with the amount of money transfered from non-EU countries, please use the bank transfer method "OUR" to ensure that any banking charges are paid by the originator of the remittance.
  • Payments will be refunded if the conference will be cancelled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
  • In case of late registration, the participation at the conference dinner cannot be assured.
  • Fees are payable without any deductions.
  • The conference program may be subject to changes.

Conference registration includes:

  • Attendance at all sessions, lunches and coffee/tea breaks on conference days.
  • Conference dinner is included for practitioners, not for other participants.

Conference registration does not include:

  • Conference dinner on September 25th, 2015. The conference dinner is optional at extra costs and can be selected during the ConfTool registration.
  • For dinner attendance an additional fee of 60 € will be charged. PhD students will be offered a reduced fee of 40 €.
  • The fee has to be paid together with the conference registration fee.

Walk-in fee: A walk-in fee of 250 € will be charged to participants who are not registered for the conference. The walk-in fee does not include the participation at the conference dinner. Please ask the staff at the registration desk for further information and assistance if you are also interested in participating in the conference dinner.
