Paper Submission

Basic information

Participants and visitors are welcome to submit research papers to be considered for presentation at 22nd Annual Meeting of the German Finance Association (DGF) which will be held at the University of Leipzig on September 25th and 26th, 2015. Papers on any topic related to finance, banking, or insurance will be considered.

The submission and registration process starts February 2nd, 2015.

Submissions can only be made via the online submission system ConfTool.

Open paper submission:             February 2nd, 2015
Deadline paper submission:        April 30th, 2015 (midnight CET)

Final paper upload:                    August 3rd, 2015 - September 11th, 2015

Guidelines and general requirements

  • Besides registration via the ConfTool, there is no general precondition for paper submission.
  • Each registrant can only actively submit one paper.
  • Submissions must be made via the online submission system ConfTool in the form of a single pdf file.
  • Only completed and unpublished papers are eligible for submission.
  • Only papers composed in English will be considered for the double-blind review process.
  • Papers must not contain any reference to the names and affiliations of the authors. The first page of your submission should only contain the title, the abstract, and the JEL classification codes. The abstract should not exceed 120 words.
  • The abstract also needs to be submitted seperately within the ConfTool system.
  • Paper submission does not automatically register you as a participant of the conference. This is a separate procedure within the ConfTool system.
  • With your submission you automatically agree to act as a reviewer for at least one manuscript submitted to the conference.
