Faculty  

In this section you can learn more about our faculty members, our professorships and institutes, or our history. We introduce our close partners in research, the student council for Economics and Management Science, and various other student groups and initiatives. We also give you an idea of what our faculty building and activities actually look like.

Central institutions at our faculty are the Dean's Office, the Examination Office and the Faculty IT Services Office. We also work together with the Campus Library's branch for Economics and Management Science.
Currently,we have 29 Chairs and Lecturer positions organized within 14 different institutes, each encompassing one or two of the following five fields:

• Management Science
• Economics
• Business Information Systems
• Business Education and Management Training
• Planning, Engineering and Management

We work in a wide range of subjects, and cooporate with several partners inside and outside Leipzig University.
